Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including books, gifts, and other Christian resources.
Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Manage transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Strong knowledge of customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
