Job Description

Job Description / Skills:

-Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new collection agents.
-Train and mentor collection agents to enhance their skills and performance.
-Monitor and evaluate the performance of collection agents against established KPI’s.
-Handle escalated collection cases with professionalism and effectiveness.
-Provide regular feedback and support to collection agents to foster improvement.
-Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their goals and maintain high morale.
-Work closely with the Collections Manager, maintaining regular communication and reporting.
-Seek self-motivated team players who demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections or debt recovery.
-Proven experience as a Collections Supervisor.
-Strong knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
-Excellent leadership and team management skills.
-Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R14 000,00 – R16 000,00 per month
