Senior Product Solutions Lead. R 750 000 CTC. Sandton.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Solutions Lead to drive a new area of growth in the business. This pivotal role encompasses both product management and strategic leadership responsibilities. You will play a key role in establishing and nurturing relationships with tier 1 banks across South Africa and Africa, guiding our SME lending solution from inception through to full-scale production. Your responsibilities will include scoping, negotiating, and contracting agreements, overseeing solution definition and design, and managing the delivery and performance of the solution post-launch. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing high-performing teams within a banking, lending, or fintech environment.
